Parent Volunteer

Holly Brown works with families helping them navigate the secondary school and boarding school admissions processes. Holly grew up in Greenwich, CT where she attended Greenwich Academy. Holly earned a B.A. in Psychology with a focus on Child Development from Lake Forest College. Upon graduation, Holly pursued a career in education holding teaching positions at St. David’s School in New York City and Mt. Tamalpais School in Mill Valley, CA. Additionally, she was one of the founding members of The St. Matthew’s School in Bedford, NY.

After the birth of her children, Holly took a hiatus from education and enjoyed a successful fifteen-year career in residential real estate where she became well versed in helping people find their “perfect fit” home. Holly has since navigated the admissions process successfully with her own three children at the elementary, secondary and college levels. She is thrilled to be returning to her passion to help students find their “perfect fit” educational environment.

Holly has been actively engaged as a parent and volunteer at each of her children’s independent schools and in her greater community. She is an involved member of St. Matthew’s Church in Bedford, NY, where she has served as a Sunday school teacher, fundraising chair, and member of the vestry.
